IHS: Meet
Our Staff

90% of IHS staff members either hold or are currently pursuing postgraduate degrees in their field, reflecting a commitment to learning that extends to the students they serve. Our staff takes a hands-on approach, staying available, engaged, and focused on helping students feel comfortable asking questions, seeking support, and pursuing their goals.

A Dedicated
Team of Professionals…

At Innovations High School, our staff is more than a team of educators. We are mentors, advocates, leaders, and partners committed to helping every scholar succeed. Our dedicated faculty and staff bring experience, compassion, creativity, and Higher Standards to the classroom each day, creating a supportive environment where students feel seen, valued, challenged, and encouraged. From academic instruction and arts integration to mentoring, counseling, college and career preparation, our team works together to meet scholars where they are and help them reach where they want to go. At IHS, every scholar has a team behind them.

A Higher Standard of Excellence…

At IHS students are held to higher standards of academic and behavioral expectations as expressed in our minimum satisfactory progress policy. Students must maintain a C grade point average or higher to remain in good academic standing.

Students that fail to meet academic or behavioral standards are placed on probation and connected with individualized supportive services which include intensive mentoring, tutoring, and or guidance counseling.
