Start With Your
Graduation Checklist…

9 steps on your path to an IHS diploma…

  • Earn 18 required credits

  • Pass U.S. History, Illinois, and U.S. Constitution tests

  • 40 hours community service

  • Meet STAR reading requirements

  • Minimum 10th-grade reading level and monthly gains

  • Attend HS for one semester or 90 days

  • Complete and present your Senior Portfolio

  • Take the ACT or SAT, if applicable

  • Complete FAFSA and Naviance, requirements (trade school, military, college applications)
